Well, the dangers of television
We did let our four year old watch a couple of documentaries online on the last evening of the year – this is a sort of thing you do if you do not go to parties. Just sit around, eat food, watch television. We drew the line at David Attenborough, and the first documentary chosen was about the Mariana Trench.
Ever since she demanded to watch it several times, which she did. She knows all the scenes, she is in love with the snail fish, and she can absolutely clearly and accurately say trimethylamine oxide.
Be wary of television. It corrupts the young.
